Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Policy:
All tour booking requests should be sent directly to us via the following channels:

• Office: Residential group 03, Cat Ba Town, Cat Hai District, Hai Phong City.

2. Tour Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund if the tour is cancelled 7 days prior to the departure time, with the customer bearing transaction fees.

• 50% refund if the tour is cancelled 3 days prior to departure, with the customer bearing transaction fees.

• No refund if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the departure time.

• For bookings made close to departure time, Lost in Vietnam will review the situation and apply the appropriate refund policy.

3. Policy on Changing Departure Time & Date:

• 3 days before departure: Free assistance with changing the departure time or date if tickets are available and it does not affect the service provider.

• If there are additional costs due to price differences in services, the customer will be required to pay the extra amount.

• Last-minute changes or failure to be at the pick-up point on time will not be refunded.

4. Policy on Trip Postponement & Schedule Changes Due to Weather, Natural Disasters, or Incidents:

• In case of bad weather, storms, or natural disasters that directly affect the tour itinerary, the trip will be postponed until favorable weather conditions allow for the journey.

• If the customer is unable to continue with the tour and wishes to cancel, Lost in Vietnam will refund 100% of the ticket price.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Items to bring for your Lan Ha Bay adventure aboard the D’Charme Luxury Cruise:

  • Sunglasses, hats, sunscreen, and insect repellent.

  • Comfortable clothing, swimwear (and warm clothes for winter).

  • Camera and passport.

  • Sports shoes.

  • Personal medication (if any).

• Program changes may occur without prior notice due to uncontrollable factors such as bad weather, storms, epidemics, etc.

• Wi-Fi and mobile phone signals may be affected depending on the ship’s location in the bay.
